The General Terms and Conditions define the operation of the online shop, the rights and obligations of the visitor, the user and the buyer, and the business relationship between the Trader and the user as a buyer of products from the online shop.
The General Terms and Conditions of the online shop bind the customer from the moment he enters the online shop. With each transaction carried out through our online shop, the Customer shall be deemed to have read and understood the entire content of the General Terms and Conditions and to have accepted the General Terms and Conditions without restriction.

Registered users can buy from the online shop www.numerology-code.com. By registering in the online shop, the visitor acquires a username identical to his/her e-mail address and a password set by the user. The username and password uniquely identify the user and link them to the data entered. By registering, the visitor certifies and warrants that he/she is a person of full legal age. By registering, the visitor becomes a user and acquires the right to purchase. By buying a product, the user becomes a customer. By registering, the visitor shortens the ordering process by not having to fill in personal details each time.

You can also pay for the services you order via a TRR account (transaction account).
Payment is made by UPN payment order. You can pay physically at bank branches or at the post office in Slovenia, as well as through online banks (DH Net, SKB Net, NLB Klik, Aba Net, etc…).
When making a payment, please specify the payer, the payee, the TRR of the payee and the reference or. a payment reference. Use the information below.
Orders received by 12:00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched (processed and handed over to the delivery service) the same day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be dispatched on the first following working day.
If the delivery time is exceptionally longer than the specified time, we will inform the buyer in due time.
All prices in the online shop are quoted in euros and include VAT (value added tax), unless otherwise stated. All prices in the online shop are the prices of the products and do not include shipping costs.
The price of the product (or products), the VAT value and the delivery charge are displayed to the user (customer) in the shopping basket before the order is completed.
All prices are valid at the time of ordering and have no pre-determined validity. Despite the best efforts of the N.K.N. to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, it is possible that a price may be incorrect. In the case referred to in the preceding sentence and in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, N.K.N. will allow the Buyer to withdraw from the purchase and will offer the Buyer a mutually satisfactory solution.
Shopping and paying online is secure.
N.K.N. uses appropriate technological and organisational means to protect the transmission and storage of personal data and payments. For these purposes, N.K.N. uses a 256-bit SSL certificate issued by an authorised organisation.
Authorised online systems ensure secure credit card authorisations and transactions. Credit card authorisations are carried out in real time with instant data verification with the banks. Payment card data is not stored on the merchant’s server.
It is also the user’s responsibility to ensure the security of their username and password, and to ensure that their computer is properly protected by software and anti-virus.

N.K.N. shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published in its online shop is up-to-date and correct, but the characteristics of the products, the delivery date or the price may change so rapidly that N.K.N. is unable to correct the information published in its online shop in a timely manner. In such a case, N.K.N. will inform the Buyer of the changes and give the Buyer the opportunity to withdraw from the order.
Although N.K.N. endeavours to provide accurate photographs of the products for sale in the online shop, all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photographs are not guarantees of product performance.

The complaint procedure is confidential.
Within 5 (five) working days, N.K.N. will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and inform the Customer how long it will take to process the complaint and keep the Customer informed of the progress of the procedure. The N.K.N. will use its best endeavours to resolve any disputes amicably. If no amicable settlement of the dispute is reached, the Ljubljana Court of Civil Procedure shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle all disputes between the trader and the user (buyer). The validity of electronic messages in court is mutually recognised by the N.K.N. and the user (customer) as participants in electronic commerce.
These General Terms and Conditions of Business and any disputes between the Merchant and the User (Customer) shall be governed by and governed by Slovenian substantive and procedural law, without giving effect to any rules of private international law that would refer to the application of any other law.
The provisions of the Code of Obligations, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to all relationships and rights and obligations not governed by these General Terms and Conditions.
10.1. Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with the legal norms, the N.K.N does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.
The online shop, www.numerology-code.com, as a provider of goods and services for online sales in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ODRP). These rules are based on the Law on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
